VISION
We, the people of Dingalan, envisions to be economically, socially and politicaly developed community enjoying a decent quality of life with peace, unity and progress by harnessing the richness of its resources considering its environment and ecological balance.

MISSION
In order to attain this vision, the municipality of dingalan shall formulate an integrated and sustainable plan on agro-industrial development, livelihood program, socio - economic activities with the involvement and participation of all sectors of society. To have an honest and transparent government thereby serving public with true meaning of good gevernance with the blessing of almighty god.



SYMBOLS OF THE SEAL
Sun - means the town is located in the eastern coast of the pacific.
Banana Tree - means one of the main agricultural crops that bounds the place Banca & Fish - means one of the sources of livelihood of the coastal barangay is fishing.

Sea & Mountain- means the environs of the municipality. Sun Rays & Eleven Leaves - means the eleven barangay�s of Dingalan.

HON. ZENAIDA Q. PADIERNOS AWARDS THE DOLE KABUHAYAN PROGRAM ON FISH VENDING AND RETAILING PROJECT

The DOLE KABUHAYAN PROGRAM of the Department of Labor Region III on Fish Vending Livelihood Program amounting to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00) was awarded to 106 fish vendors to support the fish vending and retailing project of the Department of labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Municipality of Dingalan. The livelihood assistance were awarded by Municipal Mayor Zenaida Q. Padiernos at the Mayors Office last April 20, 2012.

Present in the awarding were Barangay Captain Victor Maneja of Barangay Caragsacan, Barangay Captain Juanito Borreo of Barangay Umiray and Honorable Councilor and PESO Manager Shiela H. Taay.

The initial beneficiaries of this Livelihood Project were 50 fish vendors of the Municipality of Dingalan and was adjusted to 106 ambulant vendors. Through the initiative of Hon. Mayor Zenaida Q. Padiernos who has a big heart for the poor and always assists her constituents especially those who are really in need of assistance. This changes are done to help more fish vendors who need assistance and most of them suffer income insufficiency.
